TUDOR Mens Fine Watches
Watchmaking royalty Hans Wilsdorf initially created men’s TUDOR watches for the military and professional divers. As time ticked by, however, the Swiss brand grew into one of the most coveted names in fine watches. The TUDOR Pelagos pays tribute to the House’s diving heritage through Snowflake hands and a unidirectional bezel, while the TUDOR Ranger has its own rich history assisting soldiers and scientists through Greenland’s icy peaks. For a modern icon of the House, look to the TUDOR Black Bay; introduced in 2012 with a ‘50s-inspired case, it takes on a contemporary appearance through subsequent models like the all-black TUDOR watch. If monochrome isn’t your style, though, you’ll find red, gold and blue TUDOR watches to suit your taste.

Conceived by Hans Wilsdorf – ‘the man behind the crown’ – as a modestly priced sibling to Rolex, Tudor has long since established its individual prowess. The symbolism in its striking shield logo is two-fold, representing both the reliability of the maison’s Swiss manufacture and the robustness of each and every model. Strength, precision, durability; these are Tudor’s driving forces.

Renowned for its domed dial and signature ‘snowflake’ hands, the Black Bay series modernises characteristics first seen in Tudor’s 1950s diver’s watches. Myriad renditions now complete the collection – and each are special in their own way. The Black Bay Bronze, for example, boasts a patina that develops over time, unique to each wearer.
