Womens Loewe Jeans
Taking the helm of a House as storied as LOEWE is no easy feat, yet Jonathan Anderson has more than risen to the challenge. Working across the womenswear spectrum from coats to trousers and dresses, Anderson effectively brings the centuries-old Spanish brand and its meticulous leatherwork into the modern age. Behind today’s most exciting collaborations and launches, LOEWE now expertly fuses traditional staples – think pristine women’s linen shirts, basket and fringed bags and soft knitwear – with eccentric, buzz-worthy design.

Masters of Craft
Since Enrique Loewe Roessberg first assembled a team of leather artisans over 150 years ago, craft has been at the heart of every Loewe design. And it’s a passion of Creative Director Jonathan Anderson, whose ongoing pursuit of innovation is brought to the annual Loewe Craft Prize – an award and exhibition designed to ‘highlight the continuing contribution of craft to the culture of our time’.

Jonathan Anderson is no stranger to collaboration, an approach that is best evidenced by his ongoing creative relationship with Ibizan hotspot, Paula’s. Established in the hippy daze of 1972, Armin Heinemann’s legendary Balearic boutique exerts its laidback Mediterranean influence in the form of re-worked Loewe classics (including the Hammock and Anagram bags), bold tropical prints and slogan T-shirts.
